Welcome to TransitShop AU. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website.
1. General Information
TransitShop AU operates as a print-on-demand business. All products are produced after an order is placed. This may result in a short production lead time before dispatch.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Orders & Payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
Payment is processed securely via PayPal. TransitShop AU does not store or retain your credit card or financial details.
Orders are not considered confirmed until payment has been successfully received.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are dispatched after production is completed. Estimated delivery times are provided as a guide only and may vary depending on postal services and location.
TransitShop AU is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers.
4. Customer Supplied Artwork
By uploading or submitting any artwork, images, logos, text, or other content for printing, you confirm that:
- You own the copyright or have full legal rights to reproduce the material.
- The material does not infringe any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights.
- The material does not contain unlawful, defamatory, or offensive content.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TransitShop AU from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or legal costs arising from the reproduction of content you have supplied.
TransitShop AU reserves the right to refuse to print any content that we believe may infringe intellectual property rights or breach applicable laws.
5. Product Representation
We make every effort to display product images and colours accurately. However, actual colours may vary slightly depending on your screen settings and the printing process.
6. Returns & Refunds
As products are custom-made to order, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.
If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and provide photographic evidence. We will assess the issue and provide a replacement or refund where appropriate.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TransitShop AU shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
8. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Personal information is used solely for order processing and communication purposes. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required to complete your order.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Australia. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Australian courts.
